A 2003 Island Packet 485 with the full inventory but requiring some repairs and maintenance.

Just two owners from new. The current owner bought the boat in Florida in 2007 and sailed to the Bahamas then down to the Caribbean. For the last ten years this boat has been based in Antigua, mainly as a liveaboard and only occasionally sailed to the neighbouring islands. Hauled out since spring 2023.

No collision or storm damage just maintenance and repair.
